Music Mobile -Is W200i good enough?

I want to buy a cell phone which allows me to listen good music quality,has good bundled ear phones & a good FM tuner.My budget is around 5-6K. I have singled out SE's W200i.Does it fit my requirements ?
Which other alternative phone provides features similar to W200i, but also has bluetooth ?

if you dont want any other jazzy stuff than music. . . it is a good phone, no it doesn't have bluetooth. The bundled earphones are fine. . you'll get 128 MB micro card, data cable and software cd in the package. .

Then either go for Nokia 3110c or Samsung E250.
