MP3 player with in-built speakers ?

Any not-very-costly MP3 player with inbuilt speakers available in India ? Not very high qualiy, but something decent.

Main thing is I do not like the earphones ! But I like listening to musis wherever I go. Of course I do not want to disturb others. So high Vol is not needed, small vol is enough.

Any one using such a thing ?

Also, any other idea, like buying normal mp3 player and buy small speakers ? But they will need external power isn't it ? Any other idea to tackle it ?

Thank you for the suggestions, but it seems better to go for normal mp3 player + additional speakers, as the inbuilt ones are bit costly. (Samsung etc)

Any idea of portable speakers ? I mena for MP3 players. I checked in Cnet, didn't find much info yet, will keep checking.

How about Creative's TravelSound 400? Its dimensions are 15.7 x 4,1 x 7.1., approximately the size of a small ruler, and weighs like 300~ grams.
