6233 or k550i????

i hav a budget of 8k (max)....Next year i will be going to college...so i want a good looking phone....and yeah most importantly it shd be durable too...

i will be using it for taking sm casual pics ...playing games...listening to mp3s/radio...

Can anyone tell me k550i's price @ sonyworld and 6233 @ priority dealer...can i get it at big bazaar...i will be buying it with bill...

I m aware abt k550i bundled earphones but i guess i can buy hpm 70 n a bigger size card a few months later... ( ofcourse i will flash the k550i if i opt for it)

Any other phone???
Also will it make any difference (in terms of price) if i wait till Diwali....

with 8k budget..I think SE k550i is best for U.
Good look, slim, excellent camera, 128 MB external card.(support upto 2 GB)
Price Rs. 8550/-

One more vote for SE k550i: slim, the best cam after k750i, a2dp, edge, 64mb m2 memory card. Buy you may hafta buy a bigger memory card and hpm70.

My vote goes for 6233. Large QVGA display, fabulous stereo speakers, VGA resolution video recording, large comfortable keypad, 3G/EDGE, (cheaper) microSD card support, etc.

i have a 6233, its awesome phone, but since u want a "good looking phone", i think u should go for the k550i...

I think u must buy nokia 6233. i own a 6233 . This mobile is great. Its stereo speakers are very good, battery is also good comparing sony erricson.It supports microSD card upto 2 gb expandable.Bluetooth speed is better than k550i. Camera quality is good. But it dont have real player. to add videos we hav to convert them to 3gp. its cost is around 8000.

3G is what lacks in k550i. i don't consider video recording res. cos its still in very nascent stages rite now. k550i has a much better cam than 6233 and is very slim. imho k550i leaves 6233 far behind as far as looks are concerned.

plus if you are the adventurous kind then take the help of akshay and get it modded to w610 - cybershot + walkman! you haf the best of both the worlds

yes right 6233 has got lots of features...

but for good looking slim phone u r choice is k550i

u can even put a w610i cover for it.. !!! and it will look damn cool
check out pics of w610i !!
it costs 700 rs may be bargain it to 600 rs and i will buy it..!

also as a phone its a cool one.. cam in day time is awesome..!
even music ! with good earphones..!

6233 is S40 phone and there are no second thots abt it. If its advertised as a S60 phone then that info is wrong.

I read in a lot of reviews dat 4hrs of music will eat all the battery in 6233... is it true?

will it be a prob playin games on k550i ?

u will get hundreds of games !
music u can listen on k550i for 25 hrs i guess...
hmm if i remember i had read this in mobile review site..
