Mostly you've enabled "Cell Info" or "Operator Info" or something like that. If the feature is correctly supported by your Operator, then it shows the area you're currently in!
Just turn it Off, Search the settings. (donno where exactly it is because I don't have a Nokia. In SE it is in Message Settings)

This sometimes happens with some operators. The name on the top is the operators name while the name on the bottom is the SIM name, i.e. the name saved in the SIM at the time of manufacture. This sometimes happens during roaming, when the phone displays the currently selected network on top and the SIM name on the bottom. But it can also happen in home network. Buying a new SIM might help. But a cheaper alternative is to use an operator logo which will cover both names. Better yet, use a blank logo.
