i-mate PDAL Bluetooth link

I own an i-mate PDAL working on Windows Mobile 5 edition. The problem is that Bluetooth is not working on my phone. Whenever I activate bluetooth it shows Bluetooth status ON but when I try to connect with any bluetooth device it says "Connect FAIL" OR "Device not supported". Though it shows the i-mate device in the other bluetooth device. What can be the problem n off course any solutions please.

r u able to send files via bt from ur fone?
activate 'Accept all incoming connections' in bt settings.
