A mobile for <Rs.10000

Hi guys

I wanted to get myself a good mobile costing <Rs.10000. I was looking into Sony Ericsson w550 or the Nokia 7610 primarily because I liked their designs very much... Are they good ones???

Also are there better options in the market as of now????

Nokia 7610 is "baba azam ke zamaane ka" now.
Get newer mobiles like Nokia 6233.

SE S500i which packs style.........u miss AutoFocus !!
SE W580i Walkman !! u miss Autofocus again also its 11-12k !
k550i u miss megabass and good earphones( buy it )...but now S500i beats it hands down in style !

Dude, if going for looks..seriously consider the Samsung E840..it ROCKS!

I got SE K 550i a week back.
Its a fantastic fone !!! Has almost everything u want.. Superb Battery, sexy slim.. cool buttons ( whn u get usd to thm though.. ) .. nice bright display.. doesnt matter much tht its 176X220, 262K as opposd to nokia'a 320X240, 16.1 million..
Its much better thn any nokia in <10 k range, trust me.
But u will have to shell some extra 1.5k bucks if u wanna plunge into music.--------- buy walkman hp 70 ( 600 Rs.) headphones ) or hp82 if u willin to shell out 1.5k.. and another 1k for the pricey M2 1GB card.... thn thr will be negligible differnce whn compared to W810i.... ( Nd whts more, u can upgrade the firmware by flashin it with the rockin W610i at just 700 bucks... thts always the option if u still want better music.... )
But if thts not a huge issue for u.. the 550i is the best one there... Just Go for it... !!!!

U can go for 6300, MotoSLVR/KRZR, Samsung E840 if u jus wanna style.. coz besides tht they are pure waste of money whn it comes to features, battery and long term satisfaction..

autofocus,macro mode and slim design sir! those are the reasons i still prefer the K series (only slimness not bein taken into a/c for k750i) to a 6233.

as for sound quality go for 6233...........though k550i is also gud coz i'm usin' it no compliant till now i love this phone............its upto u now.........
