k790 k800 ??

i know there is diffrent in k790 and k800, k790 has edge and k800 has 3g
now i want to buy k800
is k800 is avalable in india ? i think k800 is not avalable in india
if no then can i make k790 to k800 by upgrade there firmware?

why do you want to change a K790 to a K800 both are the same K790 has edge and K800 has 3g
