Nokia N73M Pictures without flash

any one knows how to take pcitures without the flash in Nokia N73M
(by changing any profile setting)
without flash means NOT with a single ray of light and NO SOUND
as it was there in Camera Phones without flash feature.

in night mode and user defined mode u hav a hint of flash at the end

no voyeur pics
but fed up with flash every time
at moments u dont require flash(and not pictures in dark)

also any 1 how to upgrade firmware
