Windows mob or NOKIA/SE for OFFICE WORK

my boss needs a phone (cellone connection). main requirements email, office documents, . what will be good? windows mob or nokia/SE phones. I'v shortlisted HP iPAQ 514, NOKIA E50,E61,E61, SE M600. budget is 14k.
plz help.

I'll recommend Nokia E62. It comes for around 11k now. If he needs wi-fi then he can go for E61 which comes for around 13k.

e61 is the way to go..
if he needs a communicator he can go for the 9300..
cos no decent WM fone ll come in 14k..
