Theme creation S60

I installed Carbide UI S60 Theme creation software.

Now it's saying to register,so i registered but when i click the activation link(in the mail) from the nokia forum it says please re-register.

So i registered using my Gmail account,but it is still not getting activated.
So what could be the error?

Do you guys know any free S60 theme creation software?

You may have registered in different page ... you need to register for the code (serial no.)

I have registered with two accounts.

Guys..it's not yet solved.
When i do offline registration,the page is not available.They tell me to login.
How can i log in when i don't even know even know the password?
