help about NOP (Airtel) on Internet Explorer

Hey is there any way to run the net on phone service provided by Airtel on internet explorer...???
currently i'm using this service to access web on my pc thru opera but it'll be really helpful if anyone can tell me how to run NOP on internet explorer...

enter the proxy setting in ur IE settings

i use NOP thru opera on my pc...and it gives around 5 kbps as an average download speed (sumtimes jumps upto 7 kbps)...
so if i'm getting the downloads free then what's the problem in that...

and pathiks...
i've entered the proxy settings in the IE settings but it just didn't work...
please guide me what i can do to run NOP on IE
