I got the news that o2 has released phones in lower range . I ASKED IT FOR MOBILE DEALER AND HE SHOWED ME O2 = RS 3000 in INDIA .

IS THAT MOBILE WORTH BUYING ?

HE SAYS IT IS NOT LAUNCHED IN INDIA , " I HAVE IMPORTED IT "

NOW I KNOW NEED TO CONFIRM :-

IS THAT MOBILE ORIGINAL ?

AND IS THAT WORTH BUYING IT ?

AND WHICH VIDEO FORMAT DOES IT SUPPORT ?

Dont you moto v3i charger with it. The problem is..its okey for emergency charge or when you have some charge left in the phone. But when your phone is completly drained..it doest charge..it . Get an original 02 charger.

O2 phones do not carry a warranty card but warranty is there. Its that IMEI number that helps you. You take it to the service station and produce your phone. If the warranty period is left, they will repair it w/o any "labour charges".

This info was given to me by a friend of mine who owns an O2 (Ive seen it man!), he sold it and purchased a new one.

And charger is given with the phone. MotoV3I charger can pose some problems, your battery might be destroyed. And it will support wma, mp3 and other formats as windows media player is installed by default.
That guy is making a @$$ out of you. Dont buy it. Chori ka maal hoga.

PS: I am assuming that you are getting Atom/Atom mini/Flame for 3K. Those are the phones for which O2 is known. Baki liya to o2 kya liya?

And as far as I know the phone u are getting is illegally imported. Thats why no warrenty and bill.
