Post ebook reader for sony ericsson and nokia

can someone suggest a good software for reading ebooks on sony ericsson and nokia mobile (supports txt,prc, pdb, pdf files).

it should have some option like if i'm reading 57th page in the ebook and if i close the phone and then again open the ebook i can directly goto page 57 or resume on the same page i left. Is their some apps with this feature ???

For text use Xplore, for pdb use iSilo, for prc use best ebook reader..
and for pdf adobe and pdf+ to hai hi...

I use Mobi-Pocket Reader...
Best so far....
It has all things you mentioned.
I use this to read my college notes.
