good mob for 13 k

i ve a budget of 13k im thinking of nokia 5700 and n-70m tell me which one is better

out of the two: 5700 anyday. but n70m is more rugged than 5700 imho.

But no use getting a os8.1 now

^^ N91 does not have os 8.1 but instead 9.1 similar to 5700. Only difference is that N91 has the very first version of os 9.1 while 5700 has the very latest version of it. Apart from 3250, N91 was the first phone to have os 9.

Due to a great display the images would look good on the phone. But i don't think it would be as good on pc.
