Default not Responding

My SE w700i hangs up sometime when i search internet and on that moment i need to pull out the battery and it is the only way.PLZ solve this problem im in a great problem

take a backup of everything and do a master reset. i can't see any reason why it should hang. if this doesn't solve the problem then u may need to go in for a firmware upgrade.
