getting speeds of only 13.4 kbps in Airtel Mobile Office...

Hi all,I recently got Airtel Mobile office activated.Earlier I was getting speeds of about 20 kbps, but recently it has come down to 13.4 kbps( checked at http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest ).
I use a Motorola L6 with data cable or bluetooth dongle for connecting.Can someone help me out with this...?

Is this phone having EDGE support. In Delhi getting 30-50kbps on GPRS (not EDGE phone). Are you sure it is kbps or have you misread KBPS for kbps. If that is the case then its okay to get 13*8=104 kbps

Always prefer data cable instead of Bluetooth. Bcoz wired connections are always faster than wireless !!!

My handset supports only GPRS (not EDGE I think).I am using the data cable now but I think the speeds that I am getting are the same as what I got using bluetooth. Are there any settings which I have to change or modify to get about 30 kbps at least?
