I hav nokia n70 which i hav converted to n70 music editon following the direction posted on the forum.Now recently am noticing a red spot on my screen(may be its a dead pixel, i dont know for sure)and it really very irritating specially on dark background.I cant take it to nokia care centre as i have change the pid and the software.Pls tell me what to do.

Even if you do take it to Nokia service centre it won't be a problem. It is a hardware problem and not a software one. So they might not notice that you've flashed it to the music edition firmware.

Thanks 4 da replies guys but its got cure on its own.It just stayed for a day or two then gone suddenly
Btw does keeping lcd screens near coins cause dead pixels??? pls tell me.

no nothing will happen with coins BUT they will certainly scratch the outer glass (or plastic whatever) and as N70 dosn't come with changeable housing
you have to change the whole cover which is again costly
