Well i would rather say NONE of de options is gud,both Sux big time.
better option in that price range if u r lukin for Nokia:-
1-6280
2-N70
3-N72

3250ME edition having a better sound quality but camera clearity is not worth
U can get second hand 3250 @8500

^^^ both fones r more or less same in bulkiness.
if u want gr8 display and loud sound thru loud spkrs then buy 6270 else go for 3250 Xpress music

has everything 6270 has plus it is symbian...
