Lowest national sms rates in Delhi

Hi everyone! I am having some problems choosin the mobile network provider that ud serve me the best purpose and so I seek all of your valuable suggestions for that-

I ud be shifting to Delhi in the next 1 and a half month so please suggest me a Mobile Plan under any network provider available in the capital that cud provide me wth the cheapest national sms rates (atleast 50paise/sms). i dnt care about the call rates even if they charge me Rs.3/local call evry minute! But I want sumthing that cud allow me to do national sms@ 50paise/sms or even lesser as 25 or 10 paise/sms.

Prepaid or Postpaid (it doesn't matters but shudn't be sumthing with a monthly rental of 900 or sumthing like that)

Please help me out people, I dont have much time left...........

Just try n find someone selling his reliance with DAPO plan... I saw some time back on forums. Contact any such person and nothing can be better.
