6300 is NOT a symbian based phone. chuck it. its crap. if u don't want edge get k750i. if u want edge get k550i. don't think abt any other phone.

6300 is sort of stupid and it's really not a symbian phone

another con:
nokia 6300 is low on phone memory {only 8mb}but the simple se w200i has got 64 mb phone memory,so hav to keep on deleting messages if u get a lot of messages.

^^^ some corrections. the built in phone memory of SE w200i is not 64mb but its 27mb and a 128mb m2 card is bundled alongwid it.

I myself have always preferred Sony Ericsson over Nokia, but dude, it is no comparison for Nokia 6300. Only the camera (in comparison) is better on the SE but even that is crap in general.

cos nokia concentrates more on features than looks.. All its s60 fones can somewhat be used as mini computers..

thanks infra.my friend got w200i and he told me tht it had 64 mb phone memory.i never bothered to cross check.(i hv nt cross checked yet).
