Hi, Can anyone tellme how to format N72 ? it would be better if you mention both soft format and hard format.. i gotta format my phone.. thanks..

thanks! do you have any idea of taking a backup of messages in "my folder" ? because nokia phone browser doesnt show the messages stored under folders of "my folder" !

back up ur all data using pc suit. after format restore data.

yea backup the whole fone memory to mem card or pc.. And better use the 3key format in n72.. Press *,green,3 wen rebooting

You can't just backup messages from one folder. You'll have to backup all the messages at once including those from Inbox, My folder, Mailbox, Draft, Sent and Outbox. Use pc suite for that.

there s a option to backup the whole fone memory in os8.1 and 9.1 to the mem card.. That includes contacts,msgs,bkmks and evything
