Need help selecting handset

Hello friends,
I am planning to buy a mobile phone, however I am not very familiar with various features available today..what I am looking for is something like

Camera 1.3 Mpixel +
MP3 player
MP3 ringtones
FM radio
GPRS (What is this and what’s the benefit)
Ability to use Airtel internet using the phone and appropriate USB cable
MMS
+ any other common features that are available today

my budget is roughly 8K

Would be great if you can suggest any models etc

Go for SE Z550i. It is a clamshell phone with 1.3 mpix camera, mp3 player, fm, bluetooth, gprs, memory card slot and usb connectivity. It comes for around 7k.
Btw gprs is like internet on your phone. It lets you access the net through your mobile or you can connect your phone to your pc and use as a modem to browse the net on pc. You'll need to activate Mobile Office service on your Airtel though.
