DKU-5 for DKU-2

I know it won't work but still.My friend has a DKU-5 cable.I have nokia 3230.Can i connect the phone to pc using that cable(DKU-5)?I think my phone needs DKU-2 cable.Has anyone tried it out?

3230 will need DKU-2.ur fone wont be detected with a DKU-5

DKU-5 is a parallel data cable whereas DKU-2 is a serial data cable. So no way its gonna work.
