how is the data cable installation done for this mobile ? i just cant get it right. i installed the pc suite that came along with it. but it doesn't detect the phone even though the phone detects that its connected to the computer.

can someone plz help me...

no...i thought the software shud do that..the phone does...but the computer doesn't

wen u plug the cable cable to the pc does a pop up come like "new hardware detected" ???
check out the cable... it might be faulty..

I just purchased K310i today. cost me Rs.4500 in bangalore. Cool phone at this range. how much data cable costs (non branded)?

U need an updated version of ur pc suite. I faced the same problem when i was using K300i. The latest version is 1.30.55 and u can download it from here.
