Are you talking about a thing like the girl in Sony's FEEL commercial was wearing?

Active/sports lifestyle-focused phones:
Sony Ericsson W710i sports phone designed for the more-active user. As part of this emphasis on sport, the W710i comes with an arm band, letting you wear your mobile phone on your arm as you jog. With your phone suitably armed, you can use the W710i's nifty sports features, such as its pedometer and running speed measurement tool.
Nokia 5140i
Nokia 5500

They come in bright colors... rubber looks.. and with Wrist/Armband (Nokia 5500's wristband's Wrist band CP-135) & optional protective covers.
