Default motorola A1200 comes with EDGE?

Motorola announced that they are going to upgrade the moto ming (A1200) with EDGE technology...

anybody knows when it will hit the indian market?

Sorry no news of that. And talking of Motorola and Edge did you know that Motorola L7 in US and European market was sold with edge. But in India there is no Edge.

buddy every country has a diffrent model and diffrent sub model
like w550i here is w600i in us no hardware or software diffrence

if you visit motorola home page, they are showing moto ming(a1200) with edge. but they havent mention the releasing date...

AFAIK, the A1200 (aka the Ming) is already available in the Indian market. A friend of mine had checked it out when he wanted to buy a new phone.
