does call ID phone interfere with broad band;

during dialup days, caller id phone was interfering with internet connection. i have to remove that phone . now wants to buy another caller ID phone.i wants to know if broadband has any problem with this type phone. anyone using broad band and caller id phone has any problem?

with ADSL connection if u have installed the splitter properlly then adding a Handset (Caller ID / Cordless or any such) will not cause any problem to ur broadband connection....

install the splitter where the main junction box is located. once the signals are split there u can connect any equipment widout any fear...

If you have a splitter (which divides frequencies on the line) then it does not matter which kind of phone you have. Proper installation of splitter solves all your problems.
