Default mobile phones in afganistan

does anybody know if latest models arrive in afghanistan? Since it is a war torn country, i have doubt. Actually my relative is there working and i wanted to ask him to send me a mobile.

well recently, during the saddam execution, i'd seen an article in newpaper that the video clip was being circulated in iraq. the photo showed an iraqi cellphone shop and two ppl were seeing the clip on N6233, which is a comparitively newer model. considering the situation in iraq and afghanisthan, newer models should be available there! just my two cents of opinion!
