Whats this Skype? and VoIP? Is it possible for us to use mobile net telephony in India?

skype is a software which we can use to talk to someone over the net
it is like makin regular phone calls

VOIP is VOICE OVR INTERNET PROTOCOL...
used to make voice calls over the internet....

skype is available as a symbian app too.. Dunno abt windows mobile tho..
