so small review, please give details about battery backup, keypad comfortability, speed, camera clarity, display etc. (specially over 6230i, as i am having the same and i can consider 6233 to be my next phone)

as per specs. 6233 has 600x480px video recording. how is clarity and what is size of 1min video recorded by 6233. is data cable provided alongwith pack, and what size MMC is provided free? what is free device memory in new phone? what is charger pin size, new thinner one or old 6230i style?

^ its just copy and paste!!!

i didnt think of review ..

but as u asked here are some answers..

yes you can do video rec of 640X480 res.. cant tell u size of 1 min rec as i dont have enough memory for that !!! clearity is sufficient..

snapshots are pretty clear.. as you were having 6230i previously (same as me) you would be knowing that if 1.3 mp can give you that much good result , 2 mp can you better then that ..

data cable is not provided with pack.

mem card included is of 64 mb (micro sd )

phone mem is 6 mb. that is not good..

500 caontacts can be added to phone mem (1000 were there in 6230i )

charger pin is small one..

best part is flight mode so you can listen to music and play games in flight also ..

battery runs around 1.5 day with moderate use and 1 day if fully used...

if any more queries please ask..

I own a Motorola L7 and Sony Ericsson K800i (yeah not K790i). Never used a Nokia before. But I couldn't help myself commenting on this topic. One of my close friend got 6233 a few months back. It looks good and feels nice in hand. Battery backup is good (Its Nokia), sound is good, display is decent. But there are some flaws that I would like to pointout. Camera clarity is good but not comparable with the quality of Sony Ericsson K750i, there is no lens cover, you can't install third party appz like operamini, mig33, flash is not that powerful, no data cable included. And finally whats the point in having a 3G phone he you can't use its 3G features. So final verdict even without 3G and Edge K750i still is a better phone.

operamini (and java games) can be installed on all nokia phones with gprs, i have used it on 3100, 6030, 6070, 6600, 6630, N70 so there is no doubt it can be installed on 6233. i think he is talking about sis applications.
but the problems in 6233 are :
6MB device memory - too low for this class of phone
micro SD card - costly and not easy to handle and require adapter for PC connectivity
No data cable - it should be there.
camera lens cover - nokia should have copied from K750i
