Question Got stuck with my Nokia 3120

I am a 'proud' owner of N3120 from april 2006 and since last 3 weeks it apperars to be gone mad.

The problem with the phone is whenever I want to start the phone, it shows the popular Nokia logo and then it shuts automatically for a moment. Then suddenly it wakes up with a bright white screen with nothing written in it and then closes again. This time it doesn't respond and after the 2nd time it gets closed finally.

Anyone please help me to resolve the situation.

P.S. Is Motorola RAZR V3i is a very good phone for it's price???

There is no way you can format the phone yourself. You'll have to give it to Nokia Service Centre. They'll flash the phone for you and probably install the latest firmware (if available) for you. Since you bought the phone in april, you'll still have some of your warranty left. So it'll be done free of cost. Will take a couple of days to get your cell back. Ask for a replacement cell to use till then.
About the moto razr v3i, the answer is no.
