Getting rid of virus from E 365.PLS HELP!!!

I have a Motorola E365,which has been affected by a virus after it was brought back from the Service Centre.It's in the form of a SMS in Chinese.Since then the mobile behaves in all erratic ways possible.Can somebody please suggest how to get rid of this nuisance or else my phone will be useless.I do not want to go to the service centre again.

Anand K, is this sim works AV for free or do I have to purchase it,since on it's webpage there no option to dowload any software.

The phone gets hanged when trying to access any feature; for e.x while trying to call/end a call it simply refuses to oblige.The phone shuts down on its own & also restarts on its own.The particular Chinese massage refuses to be deleted as I have also tried to Master Reset,but nothing helped.
PLEASE HELP

Can some body please help about the removal of this strange "Chinese message",which is creating all the mess? If yes,please give "how to".
I have searched all relevant sites for E 365 but in vain.
