can't unlock nokia 3588i locked with sprint

i quite unable to unlock nokia 3588i locked with sprint usa. i could not find the imei neither with *#06# on below the batteries. also most of the code stays as it is.

how to hardware unlock it?

It may b a cdma phone,so its useless

U wil need a mobile expert for dis. Only formating ur cel wont help. It is definitely a CDMA phn as imei no. is not shwn.

there is place to insert sim in the phone, how can i know whether its cdma or not???

Check if there are any signs of gprs in the phone (like browser, mms, gprs access point settings, etc.). Only GSM handsets have gprs technology, CDMA don't. If your cell has gprs, then its definitely GSM.
