Insert Details Nokia 6681

How do I insert details such as numbers when I'm writing message with my nokia 6681. There is an insert option but only "templates" come up. This has become very inconvenient when I want to insert numbers when I'm texting.

Nokia Series 60 smartphones (like your 6681) do not have the option of entering contact details while typing text messages.

man, I regret buying this phone, so many complications. Is there any software I can use for this particular function?

Sorry no software for that! But you can run contacts and messaging side-by-side and keep switching between two while typing if you want to fill any contact details.
Don't regret anything. A few niggles apart, 6681 is one of the better phones in the market, partly because of the fantastic Symbian OS that it is endowed with.
