SE Z550i can play 3GPP format and MP4 format video files. Since it is not a Smart phone, you can't install any other players.
Suggestion: Just convert the video which you wish to play on Z550i to either MP4 or 3GPP format. No hassles at all. Download Free Full version: Super© Video Converter
