L2 Software

I have L2 Phone, I want to know if theres any software that i can use in my PC to backup contacts, send sms, manage the files etc.

I have tried p2k commander for file explorer, its good its good for file management, but didnt serve my purpose...

I have tried L7 software but it cant detect my Phone

One more problem is that when i convery videos into 3gp using total video converter and save that in my phone, it cant play the video, Instead it displays image size too large, kindly help me with my 3gp settings.
