Motorola E365.Virus!!!!!

Recently,I sent my Motorola E365 for servicing;when it came back it had a virus in the form of a message in the "inbox".It's in Chinese & doesn't gets removed.It is playing havoc with my phone(sudden shut down/wrong display icons).I have tried to master clear every thing, but still it remains in the phone (not in the SIM).Somebody,please help,how to get this rid of this nuisance.

I don't know whether this'll work or not but give it a try. Connect your cell to your pc and try removing the message through your PC Suite software or your pc's anti-virus software. Or you can just give it back to your service centre to fix things for you.
