Which phone to go for ??

hey guys i currently have Moto L6 but am planning to change it. Not have a very good budget but around Rs.6500. Can you guys pls suggest some good phones in this range. they muct have the features :

MUST HAVE :

MP3 player
Camera (VGA wont mind)
Memory atleast 15 MB
Bluetooth
USB connectivity

OPTIONAL :

Radio
Ir port
expandable memory or more memory

What about LG's C3400 or S5000 guys...they are within my range. Any experiences about these ?? Also sony Eric. Z530i is good i heard ??

If u r not really bent on Bluetooth u shud go for LGC2500
