Is there any way to run free GPRS from my Hutch phone?

Hutch is providing ltd. time rental free GPRS in Delhi but you get to pay for Data transfer @ 10p per 10kb

They are cheats earlier they provided Rs100 GPRS. But speed was less than Dial up and cud browse unlimitedly from ur mobile. But now they make it Rs.50 and 10p/10Kb. If you browse freely the bill will be more than 200 bucks. Cheats Cheats Cheats!
