C168 is very gud, i have used my friends, it's browser, UI and other things rock.

Trust me and go for the C168.

Forget both. Get a Nokia 2310 at 3.5k. It's got 65k colour screen, polyphonic ringtones, fm radio with loudspeaker, and a great interface. It looks much better than the cheap moto and SE. It doesn't have gprs though.

moto C168 is better in every respect than J230i... especially the intensity of sound. Its much higher in C168 than J230i.. also it looks better than the other.. so GO for it ...
