6681 : v 6.09.00 ERROR

hi...

i updated my 6681's firmware from 4.00.15 to 6.09.00 thru the NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER...
now whenever i get a 'message' the fone neither vibrates nor gives an alert... (NOTE : i have enabled the vibrate and other settings) and also in the main screen it doesn't tell me that i've got a message...(also missed calls aren't being displayed...)
i have to manually checkout if i've got any message...

i've reinstalled the firmware ...but the same...
i also tried resetting the phone to factory default..... but no use....

Kindly give me some solutions!!!

take it to nay nokia costomer care shop and they'll take care of the rest.. cauze.. afaik backward rolling of firmware isnt supported in it..

visit nokia care. they will take of all and if its within warranty then they will upgrade the firmware for free.
