Cannot dial gprs in Win Xp using smartphone

Cannot connect to Airtel gprs in Win Xp using my smartphone (Motorola Mpx200 using Win 2002) via usb connection. I added the extra initialization command (AT+cgdcont=1,"IP","airtelgprs.com","",0,0 ) code but they show failed. Internet works on the smartphone. Does anyone have any external gprs dialing programs compatible with Windows Server 2002 for Smartphone and Win Xp

for that u will need to avtivate mobile office, its rs 10/day. den only u can surf net on the PC...do clarify,,,details needed.............
