Dualband and Triband

What is the difference between dualband and triband? Which is better?

Triband. Triband has one more band than dual-band. Band is basically the frequency at which your network provider broadcasts signals. 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 are the four bands and network providers broadcast in any one of these. So triband is better especially when roaming. Though quad band is even better.
