looking for a mobile must have these features

1. it should display time of talking , both for outgoing and incoming . I always want to disconnect at x:59
2.very good voice clearity
3. better if flap phone .
4. must display the tower-name feature i.e I want to know where I am .

do u think motorola v3 razr or sony erricson z530i w300 will satisfy this criteria?
