how do i install new applications and send new pictures to Sony Ericcson K300i from my computer. i have IR dongle but dont know how to do it. please tell me the softwares required and also where i can find it.

use a DKU cable. Infrared is too wierd for pc to phone transfer

i once tried connecting my k300i with PC, and after failing for abt 2 hrs i gave up. its almost impossible to join via infrared. instead get a data cable.

or this is what i did.

or if u have GPRS then try this
go to www.zedge.net

create and account and there u can upload the file that u want
then open wap.zedge.net on ur handset enter ur user id and password and go to downloads section. then u can download the file.

use data cable and fma or modtime cell phone manager....its very easy 2 use n fast data transfer...

for infra, u need 2 get ir device for ur pc but i dun recon u...data cables r cheap n faster....esp usb...
