Plzzzz Help Needed for 6630 Urgenly

please help me urgent from couple of days when i click manager in tools where all the installed applications can be removed from mobile not workinf simply showing "scanning memory" tilll i restart my mobile.if i need to format my mobile let me know the process how to format my mobile and MMC card(512mb).

to format your phone just go to

and follow those steps

to format your card just go to tools>memory card then select format from options menu

Follow the following Method:

Make sure you phone is fully charged.

Switch-off your 6630 phone.
Press and hold these three keys together
-Green dial key,
-Star key (*)
-Three key (3)
then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.
DO NOT let go the three keys until you see the "formatting" screen displayed After a few minutes, the format will be complete. Your 6630 will now be at its original factory settings.

buddy use an fexplorer instead(its freely available)
install it
then open
go to e/system/apps
here u will see all ur apps installed in ur mmc
if u wanna see apps in mobile then go to c/system/apps
if u wanna delete any app then delete the folder it should be like this
e/system/apps/viking informatics
where viking informatics is ur app
delete the viking informatics folder so now it should read like this
e/system/apps

Hi,
well using file explorer is one of the good way to delete those unwanted installations, but as per JRSCs problem, the manager is not at all showing the files, that means there is some problem in his software or something like that, so better i suggest the soft re-set.

@JSCR : Dont forget to make a back up while reseting to the original factory settings.

alternately, (just to Check)

remove yout MMC, then try to run the manager, just check whether still it shows the same problem or ....

if it still shows the same problem, then format the phone to original setting, but if it is working perfectly, then as suggested by MONSTA007, try Fexplorer or any other File manager.

- Normal Reset (*#7780#) : Restores ini files from rom but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)

- Deep Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.
