Restricted access to Rapidshare using AIRTEL GPRS(shared IP)

hi friends,
I am using AIRTEL GPRS connection to surf the web.My handset is SE W550i.
I am having problems with the sites which restricts the user as per IP.As AIRTEL is using PROXY server & shared IP so I am not able to download from those sites eg.rapidshared,megaupload.It says ur IP is already down. a file or ur limit has exceeded TRY LATER.
So plzz give me soln on that problem.
Also can I use another PROXY server to surf the web thru AIRTEL that will change my IP ???
& The MAIN thing to ASK the configuration will be in cell phone`s internet setting OR in the browser
OR same in the both ? ?

HI ,
Thanks friend.I try it as u say i.e.put the rapidshare link in the window of ur given site also uncheck no script(I have to uncheck Hide referer also to load the page) & then the page appears to ask to choose from Free & premium account(u of course familiar with that),but when I click on free the same page appears again to ask.
Is it the case that I can not view the forward links on the page ? or they will also follow the proxy setting ?
also is there any other site functioning as same u given ?
Can u try this soln urself ?

The guardster link works only for sometime. After that clearing
ur private data mite help u.

I dont see guardster as anything illegal. We are just using it as a "proxy".
This surely helps geniune cases like that of ppl using airtel gprs as every
site like rapidshare, megaupload, etc. return the same error of either
download slots are full or ip addr is already downloading a file.
