Which One ? 3230 or 6230i ?

Hi....
I need a nokia phone.....and plan to buy in next week.....
My budget is max Rs.13000/-

I google and found this page about hand set pricing

I revied some site and the nokia's website and choose Nokia 3230 or Nokia 6230i

Now you all experts/user plz suggest me....which one i go for......

Primary features thats i loking for :--

1.Camera Phone with Picture and Video Recording
2.Decent amout of storage/memory card/usb transfer.
3.GPRS and Edge Comunication
4.BlueTooth must ....Infared not so important.
5.F.M radio......not require with hi-fi MP3 Storage/playback

I like the 3230 very much.......and want to go for it blindly....

but i found 1 Disadvantage i,e the it can only receive the below 4.5 M.B file...

Now plz suggest which one i choose...... 6230i or 3230...

N.B:-I want to only buy Nokia....not the samsung or LG....

If it possible......plz mention.....

if u are strictly looking to buy only between these two fones. then pl DONT buy 3230
i recommended it to one of my friend months ago and he curses me every single day from then..

6230i is good....though not symbian..

if u ask me i think 3230 is a really BAD fone 'a mistake by Nokia' 1 of the official sellers of the fone said ......... 6230i as gdatuk said not symbian so honestly a waste of money coz u have no idea what 3rd party softwares can make ur fone into (u cannot install nething on ur fone)...... considerng ur price range i would seriously suggest the Nokia 6670

Nokia 6670 had some problems and therefore Nokia quickly came up with 6680 and 6681. But 6630 is a really good phone. I know three people who are using it and all are happy. Only problem, no FM.

Why 3230.????
its Keypad is very hard, and evn does'nt look cool.....
go for N6630 instead... only minus pt. is no FM...

One more vote for N6630! The best bang for buck! don't buy the 3230. its laden wid flaws...and i guess 6630 scores over the 6230i as it has a larger display!

Go for 6630 dude. I got 3230 and I can say it's a big mistake. I have compared it to my friend's 6630 and i regret buying 3230 even more. 6630 fulfills all the requirements you have listed here and it is cheaper than 3230.
My friend had got his 6630 about a month ago with bill for 12k here in mumbai.

While the 6630 is a great phone,the 6230i is not a bad phone either,it's the most feature-packed series 40 phone created by Nokia.
The 3230,to put it simply ,is a very big mistake.

Yestarday i bought my phone......and it is priced in calcutta Rs:16250+650(4% vat)=16900/-

Camera is great....but to the use cam you need to twist (almost impossible to acquire picture without twist).....So that is not easy or quickly to take Picture like other phone......But you can use the music without twist.

And Yes the Loud Spkr is Mind-Blowing........512MB Micro SD card bundled with sales package.

Nokia Compact Charger AC-4 quickly charge the whole unit......but it is generate heat when it is charging.

What disappoint me.....without connecting Nokia Music Headset HS-20, The FM radio can't be activated.....

Still i am not use all the feature of my phone.....but what i use it quite impressive for me.

dun eva think of Nokia 3230..its one of the worst fone from nokia..i hav used it..and its juz pathetic..i'll recommend u 6630..or may b 6230i which is quite decent fone.
:-by the way guyz eva i m goin for a new fone and my budget is arnd 10-12k..plz suggest me a good fone..i'll b very thankfull.

or u can bargain 4 a k750i

3250 requires .sisx files u will get a problem buddy

Problem only for few months.. coz many phones are launching on similar platform....
so software developers have to start building applications on the new platform soon..
Opera is already out for symbi v9.1
i've instaled it and is working fine...
till more softwares come, u can use java softwares...

I suggest u go for 3230 since it has symbian. Though I liked 6630 better than 3230......
