How to format Engage QD phone???

Hi Guys

Please advise me as to how I can format an engage QD phone as i think its infected with an virus

Afaik, U can't format N-gage QD as u can other Symbian phones!

The only way is to enter the following code:

*#7370#

It'll reset the phone memory and u'll loose contacts and other s/w installed, so take backup first!

yah thats called a format. to reset use*#7780#

also u can hard format it by pressing the "call" + "3" + "*" key together and switch it on ..... keep the keys pressed till u see the display ...
