Message Sending Failed

Hello everyone,
I have NOKIA 2600 handset & Hutch prepaid card.Whenever I send message ,it fails to do so.I managed to send only 4 messages in 2 monthes.
Is it handset problem or sim card problem.
PPleasee ,help me guys.

I think dats a network problem.
Are u able to RECEIVE messages?

Change ur message centre number , should work.

No problem with network.I have full network.I can make calls as well as receive messages.
I will contact customer care no. to change the message centre no. or to solve the problem.

Thank u guys ,problem is solved.
I called Customer care no. ,they told me to refresh the no..
since +91 was missing before my mesage centre no. in message settings ,problem was ocurring.
